- Food service facilities operating in Calvert County are required to have a Food Facility permit. The fee for the permit is based on the type of facility.

Seasonal (4 Month Consecutive Operation or Less) $180.00
Farmers Market Sampling:
Seasonal Operation (6 months or less operation) $70.00
Annual Operation (more than 6 months operation) $140.00

Fresh Express Hearts of Romaine Salad, distributed in Maryland with Product Codes of H34711A or H34711B and Use-By Date of December 27, due to possible exposure to undeclared allergens (egg, milk, wheat, and anchovy). The condiment packet for Fresh Express Greek Caesar Salad was mistakenly added to a Fresh Express Hearts of Romaine Salad.
