Healthy Recipes

Love to cook, but never have the time? Hate to cook, but like to eat? Here are some easy and healthy recipes that will get you from soup to dessert. Recipes are kid friendly and won’t keep you in the kitchen all day.

They span from the Caribbean to India to Japan to right here in Calvert. You don’t need any special skills. Recipes will guide you through. Just remember to have some fun in the kitchen.

You don’t have to be an Iron Chef to make really good food! If you have a favorite recipe that you’d like to share, please email it to us. We may even give some tips to make it a little healthier without losing great taste.
