Prevent T2 Program

In person workshops are available both day and evening. Classes are currently forming. Registration is required. Please complete the Registration form or call 410-535-5400, x355 or x514 to register. Confirmation calls will be made one week prior to start dates.

Designed for those with prediabetes, this year-long lifestyle change program is divided into 16 weekly sessions followed by monthly sessions. The program goal is to reduce body weight by 4-5% and increase physical activity by 150 minutes per week. Every 2.2 pounds of weight lost = reduced risk of diabetes.
