In person workshops are available both day and evening. Classes are currently forming. Registration is required. Please complete the Registration form or call 410-535-5400, x355 or x514 to register. Confirmation calls will be made one week prior to start dates.
Designed for those with prediabetes, this year-long lifestyle change program is divided into 16 weekly sessions followed by monthly sessions.
